You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). Returns requested after this 14-day window will not be accepted.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be refunded.

3. How to Initiate a Return

• We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
• Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us.
